About

Hello, I'm Elif

Let's meet..

Portrait of Elif İlkyaz

I am a specialist biologist, former flight attendant, yoga instructor since 2020, married, and a mother of one child. I embarked on this journey so that whatever has been good for me can also be good for other women. I know that even though we have very different stories, we face similar challenges in life. That's why I'm here to strengthen our relationship with ourselves, to create time and space to breathe, to find our balance again, and to reinforce that light within us. Self-care is not a luxury, it's a vital need. Take the first step towards yourself, and I will happily witness your journey. Wishing you good health...

How am I accompanying you...?

In my face yoga and yoga classes, I never force you into any of the poses in the flow. My classes are planned based on the principle that every body has different needs, limits, and what feels best. Since my yoga and prenatal yoga classes are private, they are planned accordingly. In my group face yoga classes, variations and reminders are added to the exercise and massage portions to create a class flow.

What the classes include

  • Private Face yoga - In individual face yoga classes, a personalized flow is planned to suit you. We also decide on the days and times of our classes together, scheduling them 1 or 2 days a week according to your needs. My one-on-one facial yoga clients can also join my free group classes if they wish.
  • Group facial yoga classes - For the past 5 years, I've been regularly forming group classes every month, bringing us together 3 days a week to enjoy our exercises and massages to the fullest. Our classes are for all women only and are suitable for all levels. It's not just a facial yoga class; you'll be joining a supportive group of women. Our motto is: we create our own space, enjoy our classes, and work together beautifully.
  • Personal Yoga - Consists of breathing practices, meditation, and yoga poses. Based on Hatha yoga, it focuses on balance, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation.
  • Prenatal yoga - To help you navigate this special period of your life more comfortably and balanced, we use pregnancy-appropriate breathing practices, meditation, relaxation techniques to help you bond with your baby, and yoga poses suitable for your pregnancy stage to alleviate strain on your body. Prenatal yoga does not target vaginal birth; it fully embraces the process.
