About
Hello, I'm Elif
I teach yoga and face yoga. In my classes we work on consistency rather than speed, and on awareness rather than perfect form.
My path into yoga began when I noticed the fatigue collecting in my body after years of desk work. Over time my practice became less of an exercise routine and more of a habit that changed how I meet the day. Face yoga turned out to be the most surprising part of that journey: realising that facial muscles, like the rest of the body, need both release and work.
My approach
I never push anyone in class. I offer a gentler option for every movement and I want you to set your own limit. My aim is less to teach you a sequence and more to leave you with a short practice you can keep up on your own after class.
What the classes include
- Face yoga: targeted muscle work for the forehead, eye area, cheekbones and jawline, plus lymphatic drainage and release.
- Hatha yoga: spinal mobility, balancing postures and transitions matched to the breath.
- Restorative yoga: supported postures, long holds and closings that slow the nervous system.
- Breathwork: short breathing practices at the start and end of every class.
