What data does this site process?

This version of the site collects no personal data from you. There is no contact form, no member sign-in, no cookie-based tracking and no third-party advertising or analytics tracker on the site. Contact happens through an email or message that you initiate.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and writes no tracking identifier to your browser.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. For the security and continuity of the service, the provider may keep technical logs (such as IP address, browser information and request time). We do not access these logs on an individual basis and they are not used for marketing.

When you contact us

When you write by email or WhatsApp, we process the information you send (name, contact detail, message content) solely to answer your question and follow up on your request. This information is not shared with third parties.

Class recordings

Live classes are recorded and shared with participants who could not attend. Participants with their camera off do not appear in the recording. You are told at the start of class that it is being recorded; if you would rather not appear, you can keep your camera off.

Your rights

You have the right to ask whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to merhaba@ilkyaz.com.tr.
